Joanna Flisowska is an established climate & energy policy expert with over a decade long experience working on climate & energy issues in Poland as well as across the EU. Recently she joined Reform Institute as Senior Climate & Energy Policy Analyst, where her work focuses on implications of EU policies. Before joining Reform Institute she i.a lead Greenpeace Poland climate & energy unit and worked for Climate Action Network (CAN) Europe, where she focused on advocacy work towards more ambitious EU climate policies. Joanna is based in Warsaw in Poland.
