Magda Leszczyna-Rzucidlo is the Project Manager and Coordinator of the Smart Blue Regions project for the Pomorskie Region. In 2012, she obtained her PhD in Political Science, her research concentrated on the political and economic relations in the Baltic Sea Region. She is an Academic lecturer, NGO activist and a great enthusiast of Baltic Sea regional integration.
