Michal Kadera is the director of external affairs at ŠKODA AUTO responsible for overall lobbying,  public/government affairs, political communication, CSR and state aid. Since 2019 he has been the Chairman of the ŠKODA AUTO Endowment Fund focused on regional development. Besides that, he  teaches European law and European lobbying at various Czech universities. Formerly, he was director  of the Czech Business Representation to the EU in Brussels and served as Head of EU Affairs Unit at the  Ministry of Education. His previous work experience also includes a position in the Senate of the Czech  Republic as an expert on EU law.
