Štěpán Černý is an EU expert with a professional background in European affairs, policy, and economy. He has a wealth of experience in the general government sector, focusing on the
coordination of the Czech policy within the EU. He joined the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic in 2014 and is currently the Director-General of the Section for European Affairs. His previous work experience includes a position in the Office of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic and an internship at the EU Committee of the Regions.
