To change the status quo of the world’s perception of women during our fight against gender inequality, it’s important to focus on their empowerment. The process of granting women the knowledge, resources, opportunities, and agency to make their own choices should also encourage women to gain the strength to fully express themselves and take control over their own lives.
During this year´s second Urban Talk, organized by the Prague European Summit in cooperation with the Embassy of the Netherlands in Prague, our guest speakers will not only discuss the challenges they faced in various spheres of their lives, education, and careers but also highlight opportunities and ways for women to build up their self-confidence – and, perhaps most importantly, how the society can create environments at work or elsewhere for women to be empowered.
