Alice Billon-Galland is a Policy Fellow at the European Leadership Network (ELN), where she leads the European Defence programme. Her current work focuses on transatlantic burden-sharing, EU defence initiatives, EU-NATO relations, and French foreign and defence policy. Prior to joining the ELN, Alice studied at University College London’s School of Public Policy, École Normale Supérieure, and Northwestern University. She sits on the Executive Board of Women in International Security UK (WIIS UK)
