Arvea is a Hamburg-based Italian entrepreneur, strategy adviser, and innovation manager specializing in EU China environmental cooperation. She is Head of the Energy Transition Programme at the newly established Strasbourg Policy Centre, a member of the board and partner at Brainscapital Benefit Company, and Principal Consultant with GcM Consulting Srl, established by Giancarlo Michellone. In addition to this, she is the Sustainability Columnist for Brussels Morning, an EU and International Affairs journal. She professionally moderates and facilitates digital, hybrid, and offline events. She assists public and private sector clients in the fields of environmental technologies, energy transition, and sustainability, climate change mitigation.

Arvea is an expert evaluator for Horizon and other national innovation agencies, a keynote speaker at international conferences (e.g. College of Europe in Bruges, UNIDO, Siftung Energie und Klimaschutz), and a regular contributor to online and print media outlets. She works closely with important research centers, including the „Center for Cultural Studies on Science and Technology in China“ (CSST) of the Technical University Berlin, the „China Centrum Tübingen“ (CCT) of the University of Tübingen, and has strong ties to the Summer School of the SOE. Arvea is fluent in English, French, German, Spanish, and Chinese.

She serves as an advisor to the boards of Arbio, a Peruvian NGO working to protect the Amazon rainforest.
