Filip Tesar is a representative of the Embassy of Croatia and an external research fellow at the Institute of International Relations Prague. Prior to the commencing his position, he worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic as an advisor and analyst. Mr Tesar graduated from Charles University in Prague in 1996.
