Florian Marcus works as a Digital Transformation Adviser at the e-Estonia Briefing Centre where he shares insights into Estonia’s digital developments with political decision-makers and business leaders around the world to help other countries with their digitalization journeys. As part of his role, he also focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of political and legal initiatives to help bolster the interoperability of e-government services both domestically and internationally. He holds two Master’s Degrees in the field of political studies from University College London and the University of Tartu and also serves as a Member of the UNDP’s Roster of Experts on e-Government.
