Lucie Kadlecová works as a Senior Associate in the Strategy and Threat Intelligence branch of CybExer Technologies and the company’s representative in the Czech Republic. Previously, Lucie has served as a Cyber Security Policy Specialist at the National Cyber Security Centre, National Security Authority of the Czech Republic. She has conducted cybersecurity research as a Fulbright Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and currently, she is completing her doctoral thesis at Charles University in Prague concentrating on shifting paradigms in state sovereignty. She holds an MA in International Peace and Security from the War Studies Department, King’s College London. She is also an author and co-author of several academic publications and has participated as a lecturer in numerous cybersecurity-related conferences.
