Martina Kobilicová is the Director General of International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic. She is responsible for international aspects of the Ministry’s engagement, be it European policies, international financial institutions, or the official development cooperation, with focus on management of public finance. Working at the Ministry of Finance since 2008, she held a position of advisor at the Financial Policy Institute and economic counsellor at the Permanent Representation to the OECD in Paris, among others. Before joining the state administration she had worked in both private and civic sectors as well as in international institutions. Martina is a board member of various international institutions, including Council of Europe Development Bank.
