Alina Boiko is a Doctor of Sciences in Economics with almost 20 years of experience in teaching, course development, and research on economic policy and national economic resilience. 

From 2016 to 2018, she served as team lead and senior researcher for the „Compensatory Mechanisms for Ensuring the Resilience of the Economy of Ukraine in the European Integration Process“ project. As a senior researcher for the EU Economic Resilience Policy project (2022-2024), Boiko promoted European best practices in economic resilience policy in Ukraine. She has authored books on economic resilience and conducted research on compensatory mechanisms for Ukraine’s economy. 

She is currently leading the „National Resilience Unveiled“ project (2024), which translates academic research on national resilience into accessible content, and serves as a Research Advisor and Professor at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics as well.
