Kamil Čermák is the CEO of ČEZ ESCO from the ČEZ Group, which focuses on comprehensive energy-efficient and environmentally friendly energy performance to companies, municipalities and the state. He previously served as CEO of ČEZ ICT Services, launched CEZ Group’s activities in Poland in the colors of ČEZ Group, and as an executive led the major customers division of ČEZ Prodej.

In the past, he worked as the Sales director of Český Telecom and ČSA, he also worked at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and on Czech Television. Kamil Čermák is the President of the Czech Institute of Directors and he is also active as a lecturer in the field of Corporate Governance and Leadership.
