Outi Slotboom is Director for Strategy and Economic Analysis in the Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs. Her work focuses on monitoring and analysing the business environment and the performance of EU industrial ecosystems in the Single market and globally, with particular attention to small and medium-sized enterprises. She previously worked i.a. in the Directorate General for Economic and Financial Affairs and, prior to joining the European Commission, in the Finnish Ministry of Finance.
